Adam Bauer is a veteran talent agent with three decades of experience shaping the careers of artists across the live music landscape.

Adam served as President of Fleming Artists, the storied Ann Arbor-based booking agency, where he helped grow the agency’s roster and reputation on a national scale. In 2016 he joined Madison House, an independent booking agency, based in Boulder, CO. Eventually becoming a partner and owner.  Madison House has been a respected force in the industry, known for its artist-first philosophy and forward-thinking approach to touring and career development.

Today, Adam brings that wealth of experience to his role as Partner at Dynamic Talent, where he continues to champion artists across a broad spectrum of genres — including long term clients Men at Work, Toad the Wet Sprocket, Augustana, Colin Hay, Steve Poltz, The Verve Pipe, Sixpence None the Richer, Bob Schneider and many others.

Outside the office, Adam spends time with his wife of 26 years, his two adult daughters, and dog.  He is also a talented pit master and live fire chef opening his own smoked meat company Speakeasy Meats during Covid.   Adam grew up in Washington State and currently resides in Ann Arbor, MI.
