Robert Baugh is an artist agent at Dynamic Talent International, based in Nashville, TN. With over a decade in the music industry, Robert is known for his passion for artist development and his commitment to building careers with authenticity and intention. His expertise lies in signing and guiding emerging to mid-level country artists, helping them grow into impactful performers with long-lasting careers.

A proud Alabama native, Robert grew up with a deep appreciation for great music, which eventually led him to tour life as a stage manager for country icon Alan Jackson. It was there he developed his love for working closely with artists and understanding the rhythm of the industry from the ground up.

Robert launched his professional career at WME, where he spent two years developing a strong foundation in talent representation and entertainment strategy. He then joined Reliant, dedicating three and a half years to elevating emerging talent and creating strategic opportunities across the industry. During his tenure, he signed breakout artists such as Danielle Bradbery and Drew Green, while also playing key roles in the production of festivals and live events—merging his passion for performance with his expertise in production.

Now at Dynamic Talent International, Robert is proud to be part of an agency known for operating at the highest level-booking arena tours across the globe and representing artists in a wide range of genres. In this new role, he’s focused on fostering meaningful relationships with artists and industry partners, creating fresh ideas, and doing the work that drives results.
