Hailing from Scotland (with the accent to prove it), Gemma is now based in London and brings over a decade of experience in the live music industry, having previously worked at leading UK agencies X-ray Touring and ITB. Over the years she’s worked closely with a wide range of artists and promoters across the UK and Europe, building tour strategies, locking in key slots, and helping artists grow sustainable live careers from the ground up.

With a strong focus on the rock world (but always open to a curveball), Gemma brings sharp instincts, a solid industry network, and a calm, get it done attitude to everything she does. She’s passionate about building things that last.

Offstage, she’s most at home at a loud gig or a quiet beach, ideally within the same week.
